Healthy Breakfast Idea for Busy Moms on the Go | Oats Overnight Product Review

If your mornings are anything like mine, it can sometimes be chaos trying to get everyone out the door! Finding a healthy breakfast as a busy mom-on-the-go can be challenging!

If your kids are in public school there are folders to be signed, back packs and overdue library books to be found or if you homeschool, many times you’re rushing around trying to get snacks, water  and sunscreen together for a day at a co-op event or field trip.

Usually it’s not until we’re settled in at the event that I realize I’m hungry!

In my rush to get everyone organized and out the door with full bellies, I sometimes forget to eat something myself!

In a perfect world we would of course have neatly lined rows of Pinterest-worthy mason jar overnight oats lining the shelves of our immaculate refrigerators, but in the real world, most times this is not going to happen.


Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast for Busy Moms

Enter, Oats Overnight – a super-simple and convenient way to get the nutrition you need to power through your day! It’s an easy healthy breakfast idea that will fuel you through the morning and beyond!

Simply fill your Oats Overnight Blender Bottle with 8 oz. of almond milk, add your favorite flavor packet, shake and place in the freezer overnight.  The next morning you’ve got a healthful, nutrient-dense breakfast with absolutely little effort!

  • chia seeds
  • Oatmeal
  • flax seeds
  • whey protein
  • maca root

What flavors does it come in?

  • green apple cinnamon
  • chocolate peanut butter banana
  • strawberries and cream

My Personal Opinion on Oats Overnight

Oats Overnight taste really good my favorite of the three is the Strawberries and Cream.  The flavor is very reminiscent of your standard packaged oatmeal, but you can definitely tell that they are comprised of higher quality ingredients.

My only complaint is the use of sucralose in the product. I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners, so I’d love to see a version that incorporates stevia or agave in addition to the maple sugar that they use.

Chia seeds are packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber and will keep you feeling full throughout the morning and like flax seeds are full of antioxidants.  Maca root and the whey protein powder will provide the energy you need to power through your day!
